2024 OHHF Holiday Gift Drive Application for Outpatient StL Families

Overview

We welcome outpatient heart individuals and families to apply to receive gifts for the holiday season. Please note that assistance is only open to our local St. Louis market at this time. You or your heart warrior must be outpatient as of October 31st to receive gifts, otherwise, you may receive gifts through our inpatient support services. We will notify you if your application is able to be fulfilled this season or if you are placed on our wait list.

If we are able to fulfill your family's wish list, gift pickup windows will be during the following times:

Tuesday 12/17 - 7:30am-3pm

Wednesday 12/18 - 8:30am-6pm

Thursday 12/19 - 8:30am-6pm

Pick up will take place at the OHHF office located at:

144 W Lockwood Ave
